Our stay was great! Each room has there own bathroom and the management company was easy to work with. Hot tub was great! Our only con was the drive to the house was very steep! I wish a better description of the drive up the mountain was more clear and vocalized. We got up it just fine in our truck, but be ready for a steep drive.

We had a wonderful time I will say the hill up to the house is a beast. I luckily had a vehicle that can handle it but my son drove his car and it was a slow bumpy ride up for him. The house is Beautiful with lost of room . The wifi not so good the only thing we could watch was Netflix and even that was a bit wonky. But if you are looking to unplug this is the place I will say even though the wifi wasn't the best I would return with no problem

I will start off by saying we LOVED this cabin! The views were amazing and it was very spacious! We used all of the amenities and overall had a fun and relaxing stay! Just a couple of things below that was not a big deal, but should be mentioned and could use some improvement for future guests. 1. Bathroom sink in 1st floor bedroom had a clogged drain. Messaged the host and they sent someone to repair it while we were gone (this was convenient). 2. One of the bathroom sinks in the game room had very low water pressure, but we didn’t use that bathroom often so we didn’t care to report it. 3. Door in bedroom in front of jacuzzi is not sealed properly (cold air gets in) 4. Saw a spider in two bathrooms 5. Air hockey table has some damages and air is not that great 6. Pool table has some pockets with holes, so the balls would fall out 7. Not fond of the tv size on the 2nd floor near fire pit (we felt that the space could use a bigger TV) 8. Bathrooms are a bit outdated

The cabin was beautiful nice view everything was very clean we had no problems checking in or out! The only thing I would suggest is use a 4x4 vehicle like they recommend bc if it rains you will have a hard time plus it’s a little bumpy and it takes you on a dirt road, it’s also one way in and one way out coming down the mountain which isn’t a biggie but it is if you are doing so at the same time of another person. Our neighbors were great about it they would check to see if anyone was out before they left, so we wouldn’t be trying to figure out how to pass one another. Other than that everything was good. I would book again and recommend to others. Very private and relaxing.

Puttin on the Ritz is a beautiful cabin!!! It has absolutely stunning views of the Smoky Mountains!! Waking up to the views was wonderful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. We had a few set backs along our stay, but Jackson Mountain was very quick in their response and a solution to the problem. There is plenty of room for everyone and the huge game room tv was a hit for the Super Bowl. The game room could use some updating but was not a deal breaker. The kitchen has a fantastic set up with a beautiful view but could use a few more supplies. As for bedtime, there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep. I will have to say that it is not lavish comfort. When you go on vacation you expect comfort, but again not a deal breaker. The cabin is a fantastic place and I would definitely return. Also, make sure that you have a 4 wheel drive…it’s a pretty tough drive up and down no matter the season.
