Large apartment with 2 bedrooms. - The first bedroom is furnished with a single bed + a single bunk bed with a D33 mattress, wardrobe, and air conditioning, a desk with a chair so you can work or study confortable. - In the second bedroom there are a king bed + two single bunk beds with D33 mattress, wardrobe, and air conditioning. The trundle beds must remain closed during the day to avoid any damage. All windows have protective nets for the safety of your family and pets. Yes, we are more than pet-friendly, we are pet lovers, and we understand that pets are an important part of your family. However, let us know in advance how many pets you will be bringing, breed, age, size, etc., so that you can welcome them with care. We do not charge any pet fees, but we ask for a security deposit of R$250.00 to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. This fee is fully refundable at check-out, as long as the apartment is in the same condition in which you were received, that is, without damage or broken items. In the living room there is a 55' SMART TV, air conditioning, a sofa for 6 people (when it is opened, it could be an extra queen bed), a dining table with 6 seats, and an incredible decoration. Our kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar, coffee maker, microwave, cupboards, refrigerator, gas stove and oven, AirFry, blender, electric pan, water filter, popcorn maker, sandwich maker, sets of stemware and crystal glasses, cutlery, molds and bakeware, and much more. Bed linen, pillows, bath towels, flooring, and dish towels are included in the accommodation. We also provide complimentary liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so please avoid waste. Bed linen and towels are sanitized and changed with each reservation. We also provide cleaning supplies to guests. We also offer additional maid services or individual cleaning services for R$ 240.00. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that our parking space is located in the basement of the building. However, due to the age of our condominium, the space is a little tight, and we regret to inform you that large cars are not allowed to enter. Before you make a reservation, please don't hesitate to ask us if your vehicle will fit into our parking space. In common areas are NOT allowed excessive noise, parties, celebrations, sound equipment, speakers or similar. We will take all appropriate measures for any violation of the condominium rules, and the reservation may be canceled immediately without refunds.
