John's home is great and big. We had a good time, though if you're very sensitive to wood stove, we'd not recommend it. But that's a personal choice to make. The house has huge library of book in 3 languages and a nice piano to make music. John was always there to answer our questions.

John was really friendly and helpful. The house was clean and very comfortable. We felt like home and could relax for one week with the beautiful view on the mountains.

John's house is very lovely. It is very large, well-built and quite child-friendly. There are toys for children, and for adults (musical instruments and many books in several languages). The view is simply stunning and it is quite a lot of fun to play with the various fireplaces in the house too. Much firewood is available. John is very kind and welcomed us with homemade goodies which were delicious, especially the bread. If you want to spend some time in the Swiss countryside strategically placed between Lausanne and Yverdon, I cannot think of a better place.

Notre meilleur séjour jusque là, dans une maison chaleureuse et pleine de bonnes ondes, avec une vue magnifique. Les hôtes sont formidables, et on a presque de la peine de quitter la maison. Nous n'y avons passé que de bons moments, dans une ambiance apaisante, pleine de culture, avec un piano, des guitares, et des livres partout. Nous ne garderons que de bons souvenirs de ce séjour, et nous sommes déjà sûrs que nous espérons y retourner dès que possible. Merci à John et Antje pour leur accueil, et plein de bises à Rufus !
