Amazing Location !!! One foot in the North End , one foot in the big city. Best decision I made this year , and I searched for a month. Richard was wonderful and welcoming, as were the residents . It was a wonderful sanctuary to me for a month. subway , North Station ,and TD Garden one block away. Place was super clean and comfortable. A warm home in a cold city ,fireplace was a delight when returning home from cold. I don't have a single caution to offer . It is a great choice. Thank you Richard JP

I had a great time in Richard's apartment. He was an amazing hos had absolutelyt, and communication was fantastic throughout my whole stay. The location is exceptional, North Station can be reached within a short time by foot, and, whether by foot or metro, I was able to get everywhere in a very short time. The apartment had absolutely everything you might need. I can highly recommend the apartment and Richard as a host and would come back anytime.

Perfect location in the North End! Super close to North Station/TD Garden and all the food the North End has to offer. Richard is extremely helpful and responsive and always picked up the phone on the couple occasions that I needed something.

The place is cozy and comfortable. Richard is very kind and always made sure I had everthing I needed. He met me upon arrival and even helped carry my belongings up the stairs. He did the same upon check out. He is very kind and respectful. I enjoyed my stay and would love to back whenever I'm back in Boston
