Simply getting access to this micro-neighborhood without having to buy a €3-5M villa is pretty cool, but I also wanted to create an experience beyond just a place to sleep. The rest of the villa is a playground of creativity and music in the apartment mini-version there are vintage vinyl records, a speaker and fridge from Marshall, and the classic Korg SV-1 electric piano (with HiFi-Beyerdynamic headphones of course) included in the price. A premium selection of instruments and studio equipment are also available to rent if you are checking in to create your next masterpiece. Since the villa is also used professionally, it is connected to 10Gbps/10Gbps fiber, which you can access for a fee (via Thunderbolt 3/4) or enjoy the still blazing fast and free 400+ Mbps WiFi. If you're looking for a place to focus on your work, while also having easy access to city life, you can't do better than this. The apartment is divided into three parts: 1. The downstairs entrance with a cozy library/listening room with an armchair. This is also equipped with hi-fi headphones from Beyerdynamic. 2. The Upstairs indoor balcony and bathroom. 3. The main room with a queen bed and two large mirror wardrobes, a couch, armchair, vinyl player, Marshall Woburn II speaker, and a full kitchen built in 2023 with a dishwasher. Wherever you sit down to read, you can illuminate your book with the swiveling Flos 265 wall lamp designed by Paolo Rizzatto in 1973. For warmer days, the apartment is equipped with a portable AC unit to offset the abundance of sunlight coming in through the large south-facing windows.
