The upper floor offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. What will delight you is that each of the bedrooms has its own exit to the balcony or terrace. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool of 40 m2, it is 1.35 m deep and has an additional heating function, but for an extra charge. The already mentioned jacuzzi is located near the pool and you can sunbathe on deck chairs and read your favorite book. The outdoor terrace has a summer kitchen with a table for 8 people, as well as an outdoor sofa, ideal for drinking morning coffee or just relaxing. There are two parking spaces inside the courtyard and one parking space outside the courtyard. Entertainment contents for adults and children include a trampoline in the villa's courtyard, badminton, darts, as well as two bicycles for adults and 1 bicycle for children. Children will surely be delighted by the famous Istrian water park Istralandia, which offers many entertaining contents for all ages. Adults will enjoy walks or bike rides.
