Villa Raviola was built in 2021, has 227 m2 of living space, while the plot area is 2000 m2. The maximum number of guests is ten, while eight is the optimal number. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa, two seats, two armchairs, two stools, two chests of drawers, a coffee table, a TV, a music system and an acoustic guitar that will delight guests enjoying the melodies of their favorite songs. If you need an extra bed, you can use a sofa, which is ideal for two people. The modernly furnished and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes that you will love to cook for your whole family or a group of your dearest friends. Near the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table for eight to ten people. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 35 m2, 1.5 m deep and with automation to maintain the water quality.
