It is fully air-conditioned, the maximum number of guests is nine, while the optimal is seven. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor. The ground floor has a living room that includes a sofa, sofas, TV, and fireplace. Next to it is an equipped kitchen where you will prepare your favourite dishes and try them in the dining room with eight seats. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with one small lounge, while on the second floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom, and an intermediate space with another bed. A washing machine and iron can be used as extras, and a feeder and baby cot are available on request. The villa has a sea view, and the outdoor terrace will delight you with a saltwater pool, size 24 m2, and a depth of 1.45 m. Next to it, there are eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal grill. You will be able to spend a pleasant morning coffee on the outdoor corner set, and children will have enough space for play and fun because the villa is completely fenced.
