On the first floor of the villa there are 3 modern bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a living room. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for 2 people. A food dispenser and a baby crib are also available. The kitchen and living room offer a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Dalmatian islands. On the spacious terrace of Villa Stina, which is surrounded by green lawns, there is a large, heated pool measuring 32 m2 and 1.5 m deep. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor charcoal barbecue in the villa's courtyard. Bicycles are also available for those who want a more active vacation. There are 3 parking spaces available in the villa's fully fenced yard. The surroundings of Villa Stina offer a handful of interesting contents and the proximity of a pebble beach with crystal clear Adriatic Sea invites you to enjoy all the charms of summer and water sports.
