Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. The place was lovely, clean and felt like home away from home. The only issue we had were the parties above our floor that kept us awake for a good portion of the night. Given it was clear in our booking as part of the requirements no parties or noise after 10pm, unfortunately other Neighbours didn't follow suit. Great location and close to trams and a good walk to local eatery and beach.
Kim’s apartment was an excellent place to stay. It’s in a nice old art deco building and nicely renovated inside. This place had everything we needed and was fully stocked (hello Aesop!) It’s steps away from a tram to the city and all that St Kilda has to offer. We had some difficulties with the parking (through no fault of the owner) and Kim and Danica were really helpful in getting us sorted quickly. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
