Amazing house, location, view ! So close to the ocean. It’s you, the sound of the birds, the waves, and nothing else. We were a group of 8 including 2 kids and the house was perfect, a lovely living and dining room, a big kithchen and nice bedrooms around the pool (except for one). Sunset from the terrace are great. Hard to leave this place !

Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Terrasse ist bei schönem Wetter traumhaft. Die Schlafzimmer waren ok. Man spürte in einigen Betten die Federn der Matratze sehr intensiv, diese könnten etwas gemütlicher sein. Die Küche ist nicht ganz so gemütlich und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten leider relativ viel Regenwetter und deshalb war es in den Schlafzimmern etwas feucht, dies hat man auch gerochen, im Sommer dagegen sind diese bestimmt super angenehm. Wir waren dort mit drei Kindern und man sollte beachten, dass das Haus super hellhörig ist. Alles in allem jedoch eine schöne Unterkunft und ein wunderschöner Ort, den man zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen kann. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und entgegenkommend.

Absolutely stunning home! We had the best time at Luis place. The view was absolutely incredible, everything was squeaky clean and Luis was very easy to communicate with. We loved Ericeira!

Beautiful view of the coast! The home was very clean, we were comfortable and while it was a bit of a walk to town, it wasn’t far and it was a beautiful walk!

While Luis communication with us was flawless and he always responded in minutes, the place itself misses some clearer description for the rooms and adapted pricing for the month that we've visited (February - 3 weeks, 5k). The sleeping rooms are all situated in the basement, with bad connection to wifi, with no view besides the pool (only exception is one room that looks onto the hills and the street). They are all very moisty, there is only one Dehumidifier available and after 1 Day, 2 liters of water are in. The bathroom could need a renovation too. There is only portable gas heating for some rooms available. The garden is outside of the Villa ground and accessible to all parties that live in the area. The Uber/ Taxi has always had difficulties finding the place, you need to be very precise and use the Pdf description provided by Luis. The Villa is situated on the top of a hill, which makes you need about 10min of steep uphill walk to get from the main road to the house.
