We had a fabulous time at Carmen's place! Both of my parents were born and raised in PR but hadn't been back in 20+ years. They were looking forward to reuniting with family so I wanted to find a place close to relatives but that would also feel like home to them. Carmen's place was absolutely perfect for us! Carmen answered all of my questions promptly, the apartment was easy to find, and she provided clear instructions to everything. The home is nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable, and had so many amenities. Carmen left us a welcome basket with goodies and even brought is some oranges from a festival she attended (thank you, Carmen - they were delicious!) The house has a lovely back yard filled with native plants to enjoy and direct access to the San Patricio Forest. Carmen's husband, Gabriel, offered to give us a tour which we gladly accepted. It was very informative and a great way to start our day. We hope to return and stay here again! Thank you Carmen & Gabriel!

Carmen’s guesthouse was fantastic for our 7 night stay. The space (especially common areas) is bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The welcome package was a sweet touch. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels which was helpful. Anytime we had a question about something Carmen & Gabriel were prompt in replying and offering solutions. There’s a precious pup next door that was so sweet and always happy to see you. The guesthouse garden/backyard made you feel peaceful and serene after the hustle and bustle of San Juan. It is in a gated community with multiple gated entries which sometimes was confusing with Uber drivers on how to get in and out but usually we got lucky and someone opened the gate. Would definitely stay here again!

The four of us enjoyed much staying here. It's very comfortable, allergen-free, and nicely decorated for the holidays - prettier than the listing pictures. We also had a great time in the backyard and walking in the forest trails when not visiting city sites. Locals were very welcoming when visiting hangouts at walking distance. This was a really nice experience!

This was a great stay. Very nice place with many amenities and in a centric location, close to everything. Our stay here leveled up what was already a great experience visiting Puerto Rico… and the backyard with direct access to the forest walking trails was a PLUS!

Carmen's place was an amazing stay for my family and I. The host was super friendly and always available for communication. The place was very clean, and location is right in the center of so many things. The backyard is very welcoming with great access to the forest where my son and I enjoyed walks. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to PR. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
