We have stayed in this area for the last 4 years and love the resort in general. This unit was the least updated one, that said this was also the cheapest one we have stayed in. Unit is quite dark. There was no grill. Fan was running constantly so the unit is very noisy and we had to close all the doors to the bedrooms to shut out the noise at night. Compared to other units, this one was the leased stocked with kitchen utilities, still sufficient. The positive note is that is right at the entrance to the pool with the waterfall.

The place itself is great The location and layout are exactly what we wanted. We’ve stayed at Las Palmas before and this was my favorite condo space yet. BUT my issues were more with the listing and the management. 1) The listing advertised a dedicated workspace. Unless they were referring to the dining room table, there was no dedicated workspace. And the wifi is just okay, not great. 2) The dishwasher didn’t work well. After running one load I had to rewash by hand. I contacted evolve about this on Monday. They finally sent someone on Thursday to give us different pods. It didn’t fix the problem, yet by the time we left on Saturday nothing more had been done. Very frustrating.
