Coastal-chic designs are calming and serene with cosy corners for play and rest. Enjoy air conditioning, bright sun drenched windows and contemporary style. The multi-zoned living area provides a quiet space to unwind on the chaise lounge or beanbag amongst peaceful earth-tone decor. A separate play area can be set up with childrens toys or perhaps transform the space into a calming nook to roll out a yoga mat. Enjoy getting lost in a book from the home collection or a TV show under the comfort of air conditioning. Dine at home in style on the timber table, or more casually at the kitchen countertop. The kitchen has been expertly designed to maximise on space with a broad benchtop, large french door fridge, wall length cabinetry and contemporary appliances. Spend your days in the sun in the extensive backyard with group picnics or sport on the lawn. An undercover patio has a six-seater outdoor table and beanbags beneath twinkling fairy lights. Retreat to the bedrooms for uninterrupted rest, each room ambient and serene. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second queen bedroom has a full-length mirrored wardrobe and sunlit windows with blockout blinds. The third childrens room has an enchanting framed single bed decorated with buntings. The bathrooms are timeless and chic, indulge in a long soak in the bath in the main bathroom or a refreshing rinse in the rain shower. Additional conveniences include a laundry room and driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

The house was great. The house was clean and well decorated. There was everything we required for our time in the house. We would stay here again.
Great place to stay and very family friendly. The place has 2 split systems in lounge and dining area kept the place cool as we kept all blinds closed during the day to help but would have been nice to have had them on before arrival being a family friendly house and arriving on a 38•c day with young children and young baby house was very hot. Cleaning products listed however small thing of dishwashing liquid and a bottle of spray and wipe wasn’t enough considering a dishwasher and washing machine are at the property. Bathrooms need major maintenance as the showers flood the bathrooms I need to use towels provided roll them up to stop water flooding everywhere which is extremely unsafe especially being a family friendly home. Overall lovely place to stay and would definitely come back and great if you have a family.

On the whole, the home was good but expensive for what it was. I could not fault the cleanliness and the beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms have serious issues with drainage, and the floors extensively flooded every time when showering. It would have been nice to have been provided with basic amenities such as dishwashing capsules, dishwashing liquid (very small sample provided), bin bags, dish cloths, washing powder (there was a single sachet). These items are inexpensive but would have made a big difference to our stay. The security window screens were down on arrival and whilst the living room ones were subsequently able to be lifted, the screen in the main bedroom was broken and remained down for the whole week - this meant no airflow or light. The touch of real flowers inside and outside is nice - however, it wasn’t nice coming in to half dead / dead flowers. These had not been cared for, for some time. Overall, if the above issues were addressed we would stay again.
This is our first time stayed in Mullaloo, this AirBnB located very close the Mullaloo Beach one of the most beautiful beaches for watching sunset and very near to Hillary Boat Harbour Where has lots of great restaurants. The house was in a great location and has space backyard for my kids to play and living areas are also very nice and spacious. My daughter particularly loved the kid bedroom. Host is very friendly and super responsive. Highly recommended.

Head to The Marina Mindarie, 13-minutes drive away for serene waterfront dining and live entertainment.

Public Transport: Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop located just a 500-metre walk away at Mullaloo Dr After Koorana Rd.
