Malden road is a residential area that also has restaurants and markets nearby. It's well located to enjoy everything London has to offer. You're close to the historical Hampstead, the Heath, Regent's Park and of course the world famous Camden market.
The 24 and 46 buses are both very useful routes, extending into central London and Hampstead.
Belsize Park underground station is 7 minutes walk away, giving access to the Northern Line, which can have you in Leicester Square within 15 minutes.
The overground station Kentish Town West is a 5 minute walk and has services running to Kew Gardens, Stratford, Shepard's Bush and Islington.
