Newly renovated top floor apartment in Kungsholmen! The apartment has several large windows that let in the natural light, as well as high ceilings that make the space modern and bright. With stylish furniture and hardwood floor, the apartment offers a hotel-like stay while also being homey! High-speed Wifi and a washing facility can be found in the apartment. This is a great stay for a getaway or for a longer business stay for a family or group of people. The apartment is newly renovated and on the top floor. The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa that can be turned into a bed that is 140cm wide, also with a smart-tv and next to the living-room a spacious bedroom with a bed that is 180cm wide. In between the hallway and living-room is the dining room with a table that fits 6 persons, connecting the dining room is the kitchen, that is fully supplied with everything needed for a night in, and has a coffeemaker, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher and other useful cookware. Next to the kitchen is the smaller bedroom with a bed that is 90cm wide and fits 1 person. There is 2 bathrooms that are newly renovated, one with a toilet and sink, and the other with a shower, sink and washer.

Very clean and spacious place which is well equipped and very nicely decorated. Super easy check in and out, and Lukas is a very responsive and friendly host. We were a group of 4 and it was plenty big enough. Only thing to note is that there is no living room door so whoever is sleeping on the sofa bed has less privacy, but the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Le logement est très accueillant, joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Le quartier est très calme, accessible en transport avec des commerces à proximité. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Lukas a toujours été très réactif et disponible. Nous avons même pu entrer un peu plus tôt dans l’appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Stockholm !
Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu dritt in der gut gelegenen Wohnung. Mit der Buslinie Polhamsgatan vor der Tür und der T-Bahnen Rathuset in der Nähe. Super neue Küche gut eingerichtet.
Es war einfach alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The "Rådhuset" Metro station, part of the Blue line, is conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from the apartment, from the you can connect to the City Central, which serves as the central hub connecting all metro lines of Stockholm. You could also a 10-minute walk from to get to the Central station. Stockholm can also be traversed and experienced on water, and we highly recommend taking a boat excursion, especially during the summertime. Consider a visit to Old Town or Nybroviken and embark on a delightful boat journey to fully immerse yourself in the city's captivating beauty.
