Named Casa Coquina Condo, this unit features coastal decor throughout, including a living room with shiplap fireplace accent, big white kitchen, master bedroom with jute headboard, and second bedroom with two full sized beds. This great unit sleeps 6 (7 if someone wants to sleep on the couch). The community has 2 pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a bar, a waterfront pier, electric car charging, and a laundry center. About Casa Coquina Condo This Saint Petersburg waterfront condo features a large outdoor private paved patio overlooking the boats and water. The waterway leads you to beautiful Tampa Bay, and the Gulf from there. Enjoy fishing right outside your back door! Ground floor condo with no stairs to enter the unit (yay!) and just two small step downs to get onto the large patio. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a quiet peaceful elegant bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps 4, with 2 full beds, tons of dressers for storage for everyone, and fun nautical décor. The living room has a coastal shiplap electric LED fireplace with multicolored LED lights for the flames. Seating here includes a sofa and extra chairs from the built in desk areas that flank the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, and dishware. It features a butcher block island, closet pantry, and wine fridge. The gated resort style community features 2 pools, a jacuzzi, fitness center, pickleball courts, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffle board, a billiards room, library, and on site bar (open select hours). ABOUT COQUINA KEY Located on its own small island, Coquina Key- is known as "the friendly island". The entire complex is surrounded by water, and because of its unique location, there are views of both Tampa Bay, and the Gulf & Sunshine Skyway Bridge

Quiet cozy complex/ community. Some small things and a closer attention to detail could take this from good to great: - bathtub didn’t have plug to give kids a bath - shower drain and sink backed up - bathroom could use a garbage can and handheld mirror (mirror is hung high) - bedrooms have overhead lights but lamps would be great for nighttime - had a keurig but we left a $20 Amazon 5 cup coffee pot behind so should have both now! - dust under dressers, beds, in corners - dishwasher was broken and I was alerted day off - dressers are cheap + not attached to walls; one tipped over- hazardous with littles - wine fridge didn’t work Can see one neighbor when outside on the patio 2 pools within walking distance - one overlooks the ocean!! but doesn’t have a fence along the deck. We sat with our littles in the back and it was a non-issue. Note there’s a sign saying it’ll be under construction for 6 weeks starting 4/1/24 but the other pool will be open. Go to Mullet’s for dinner
Marcia was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Friendly, kind, helpful and just so lovely! The space exceeded our expectations in every way and we left knowing that we’ll be back. It’s pure paradise and was perfect for our multi-generational family! A+++++
If you are looking for a space to get away for a short time, or long term; this is a very quaint space that is private, quiet, clean and provides you with a complex with a lot of amenities and socialization. The cherry of the sundae is the amazing views of the bay! Marcia was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating and we had excellent communication throughout my entire rental period. We even got to know each other on a personal level and identified with one another on many life levels such as kids, parents, etc. This area is not far from downtown St. Pete, and I suggest you look into the things to do in the area for when you plan to stay. My general recommendations are the farmers market, yoga in the park, and renting of the bikes to tour the mural scene. Lots of amazing restaurants downtown, but there are two places nearby in one shopping center on 34th Street that has Portofino's for a nice sit-down Italian dinner or China Wok for Chinese take-out. Don't wait book now!
I just want to thank Marcia for being a great host and being so attentive and responsive. We even got basic amenities to start which I truly appreciate it. We were a family with 3 kids and I was concerned with the noise of my 3 Boys but everyone was super friendly and helpful there we felt home The clubhouse is nice, pool was warm we had 50's and 60's degrees weather so that was really nice. The basketball court and the gym is a plus. Security was super friendly too. The house is just like the pictures, bed was confortable. All bedroomshad working tvs and boys enjoyed that too. We fished, and saw dolphins right of the dock we were amazed each time we saw them. Marcia place was a plus for and we definitely recommend it as well Thanks for a great stay and for making us feel like home <3
