Positive first:Very clean house! Well lit for motion lights for arrival and in backyard. Many nice bedrooms to accommodate several guests. Comfortable master bed and linens. Nice hot shower! wifi great! Fridge microwave washer dryer were great! Did not use tvs. My primary reason for trying out a home rather than to stay in the usual hotel is a yard for my dogs to run after a long day at a dog show. The backyard is what i would consider unsafe for people & animals. i actually fell when i didn’t see a brown stake sticking up 2” from the dirt. there was zero grass in the back yard and it appears the base dirt has washed away from the house with severe decline toward back property line. at least 2 trees had fallen and simply cut up and left in yard. the back fence line had standing water 1/3 across. many neighborhood cats loitered in backyard (saw 5 different ones) also making it challenging for dogs. Instead i walked dogs on leashes in the neighborhood with no sidewalks.

Salim was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. We were working at a University of Georgia football game and his place was convenient for us and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would like to stay there on future trips and would highly recommend.
