Under the porch is a large hot tub spa, more room for seating, eating and contains string lights to make the most of the nighttime. The backyard is nearly an acre of privacy and has been completely renewed and contains multizone seating, including a sectional with a 12' Umbrella for shelter from the elements, a large firepit near a weber BBQ and a cute ski-lift styled swing. Nearby the fire pit is a two story kids playhouse with rock wall climb and twisty slide. Every room has a smart TV throughout the home so there will never be arguments over the content.
