房子离海边很近，步行3分钟可达海边。与此同时晚上附近有餐厅仍在营业，不必担心偏僻或者安全问题，但是也比较安静

Location is the best part about this very tiny apartment. It was tidy, and comfortable with air conditioning available. The part we loved the most was the location so close to the Promenade D’Anglais, the pedestrian area with tons of restaurants, within walking distance to Old Nice, and the various parks in the city. I knew it would be small, but still was surprised by how small it was with the bed unfolded - too small for us to do any yoga. The shower had good water pressure, and while we didn’t need it, the kitchen was equipped to prepare meals. The linens were clean, and it was nice to have a beach umbrella to use! For future guests, consider your space and sleeping comfort needs. This is in an older apartment building in the heart of a busy area, while the street leading to the entrance is quiet, the window faces a street with more traffic. The sofa bed…is a sofa bed. Ok for a night or two. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay.

Everything was great. Had good experience of the city in this apartments. Corkscrew was missing and Camille offered us bottle of fine wine as kind gesture

Camille was easily the best host we have EVER had on Airbnb!!! I couldn’t think of someone more deserving of a five-star review!! Camille was extremely communicative; she always checked in on us, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and answered our questions with great detail and enthusiasm! She even called a restaurant to book a reservation for us! Needless to say, Camille truly went above and beyond! The apartment itself is perfect, equipped with everything one needs for their stay (and complimentary snacks/drinks)! Furthermore, the location is priceless, being just steps away from the beach! I would highly recommend Camille to anyone who wants to have the most amazing trip to Nice possible! :)
