A two-bedroom apartment of 62 square meters with two terraces. Fully furnished: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube...), air-fryer, electric barbecue. You will appreciate the sea view. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. Italian shower and separate toilet. ⚠️⚠️ Parties and festive gatherings are strictly prohibited. In order to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood, travelers are asked to be very careful with footsteps and objects on the floor, ashes which must remain in the ashtray, as well as the volume of voices and music in the evening. ⚠️⚠️

Très bon et beau logement, Alexis est très réactif sur les réponses et il est attentionné envers les personnes qu’il reçoit. Logement très bien équipé et propre et bien situé, juste à cote du centre ville (10min) Je vous le recommande.
Très bel appartement, très agréable. A 6 nous etions tres bien. Attention à bien lire les instructions d'Alexis, notamment pour l'ouverture du canapé 😅 merci Alexis pour la reactivité ! Mega plus pour la cafetiere à grains et les terrasses 😊
Great property specifically for those catching flights that next morning like we did.
What a great location and comfortable space! We enjoyed staying at Alexis' place as it was so easy to get to/from the airport, the train and the tram to Nice. We were able to get around without our car during our stay. Alexis is such a great communicator. He was very responsive to all of my questions and very clear with instructions and advice. He also was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The space was very clean and comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's conveniently located close to the airport, making travel easy. The apartment features modern amenities like a superb coffee machine and a dishwasher, which added to the comfort of my visit. However, it was a bit cold inside, and unfortunately, no heater was provided, which was a slight downside. Despite this, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay, though it might be wise to pack an extra sweater!
