In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner. Our private studio with own entrance is about 30m2 and provides you with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with heated floor, rain shower and toilet. Sleep like a dream in the kingsze and very comfortable genuine Auping bed (180x210cm). When you wake up fully refreshed you can enjoy your coffee or tea at the cosy dinning table, while the boats sail by over the Singel Canal. The studio is fully renovated in 2023.

We loved staying here. The apartment is well located in a quiet part of town, close to local amenities. The view of the canal from the window is beautiful. Check in was very straightforward, and the hosts were always responsive and went out of their way to make us feel at home and to provide local tips. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was very well kitted out. We definitely recommend!
We had a really pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. Gwen and Gerrit-Jan gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the flat, which is just like you can see in the photos: beautifully furnished, perfectly equipped and clean. Our hosts gave us some recommendations for restaurants and everything was reachable within a short walk (15 minutes to the main train station, 5 minutes to the beautiful city center). We would definitely come back!

This characteristic and old neighborhood is on walking distance from the Dom Tower and the Central Museum. The neighborhood is surrounded by water and has a real vibrant vibe.
It hosts the oldest (and nicest) shopping street of Utrecht, the “Twijnstraat”, offering small boutique shops, delicacies, bakery, a Dutch cheese shop, bars and the best take-away. In the neighborhood there are lots of places to drink a nice coffee and numerous terraces and restaurants.
For the little ones, just go out the door and walk in a few minutes to the Miffy Museum. The Spoorweg(railway) museum is not far either.
Walking along the beautiful Singel park, surrounding almost the entire city is a beautiful experience during the days as well as in the evening, or enjoy the canals by boat, sup board or river bike.
