Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located on the second floor at Local Stay hotel. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. There is a Spa zone, Fitness, salty room, co-working center and swimming pool. On a sunny day, you can have your coffee on the terrace with an amazing view of the mountains. The ski gondola is about 15 minutes drive from the place. In summer you can explore several walking routes around. There is a cozy living room with an enclosed kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The big sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking. The table in the kitchen is for up to 6 people. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. There is a fireplace and woods on the terrace for the winter season. In the living room there is an air-conditioning that helps heat the place if it is a bit colder. In the bedrooms there are heaters if needed. You can also bring your pet with you if you would like.

Чисто, уютно, тихо. В апартамента имаше всичко необходимо за каквото може да се сети човек, та и повече. Илияна беше безупречна, реагира веднага при въпроси от наша страна, имаше комлимент - бутилка вино и кутия с бисквити. Във всяка стая имаше и радиатор и коквектор, във хола климатик и конвектор. Човек наистина се чувства, като у дома си! Ще посетим отново!
Домът на Илияна е чудесен ! Намира се на тихо и спокойно място,с добре озеленен и подържан двор,както и гледка към планината.Мястото е просторно ,уютно и модерно обзаведено! Разполага с всички съвременни удобства от които бихте имали нужда- пералня,съдомиялна,дъска и ютия за гладене,сешоар,кафемашина, достатъчно чисти кърпи и чаршафи ,барбекю,камина(+ всичко необходимо за нея) и прекрасно оборудвана кухня! Илияна е изключително мила,коректна ,отзивчива ! Т.к се настанихме в дните около Коледа ,тя ни организира незабравимо посрещане ! Домът беше празнично украсен ,имаше голяма елха и комплименти - бутилка вино,меденки ,ядки- навсякъде в дома и имаше ароматни свещи !На рафтовете ще откриете книги ,семейни игри и играчки за вашите деца! В банята имаше осигурени нови и запечатани четки за зъби,гъби за баня,козметика ,сапуни ,ароматизатори....и др.Илияна сърдечно Благодарим за топлото посрещане и изключителното гостоприемство!
You couldn’t imagine a level of hostility that you will have here with Iliyana! She is absolutely adorable Host. For us it was a long stay because of war situation at Home. As a family with 2 little kids we have a lot of needs and a kind of high expectations from the places where we staying. And here we were totally satisfied. The apartment is filled with the bright energy. You will have everything you need for a nice stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, I even was able to make my delicious sourdough breads here. The rooms are big enough with comfortable beds and you have a stunning Mountain View’s from each room! The place located just in front of Pirin Golf. It’s far from a crowded Bansko streets but easy to get by car. And this is exactly the way we love to stay. Beautiful area full of nature and luxurious privacy but easy to get to everything if you need it. We worked all the time so the co-working place helped us a lot. I’m happy to recommend you a place and Iliyana<3

On the opposite side of the street there is the Pirin Golf Resort where you can go for walks. There is a shop there in case it is needed. There is also a nice walk up in the mountains where you can go for walks in the woods.
