Thekkumbath Villa is a nicely built property which is near beach and definitely a great place to enjoy your holidays! We enjoyed our stays with family and Prasoon, caretaker and Prasoon's aunty have been very helpful and courteous. They take care of guests very well. They understand guests needs well and ask and provide services accordingly. Aunty is a professional cook and she ensures to make your food homely & delicious. We never felt the urge to change our taste by trying out food outside. It was a lovely stay. Amenities at the property is a plus as we hardly see private villas with such amenities. Kids do love playing around and enjoy! Kannur being a city with small galli roads, you need to be a bit careful driving bigger vehicles to the property but its manageable. Overall, it was a great stay for all of us and we would definitely like to visit again in future. Thanks to all the hosts for their lovely service.

Prasoon's home is a delightful retreat equipped with smart amenities and excellent comfort. The pool comfortably accommodates six to eight people. It has a state-of-the-art kitchen and a barbeque counter in the backyard. Nestled in a tranquil location close to the beach, the property offers not just a stay but a surreal experience. Entertainment options abound, from indoor board games to a shaded badminton area. Mr. Jayeshe, the dedicated caretaker, maintains a sparkling clean environment around the clock, ensuring a seamless stay. The best highlight is undoubtedly Prasoon's aunt, the talented cook, who prepared mouthwatering local delicacies, creating unforgettable moments. Her home cooked food, undoubtedly, is a must try for anyone staying here. A heartfelt thank you to Prasoon for his unwavering hospitality and prompt assistance. His accessibility throughout the stay adds an extra layer of comfort, making the overall experience truly exceptional.
