A superb and comfortable single room in Co. Dublin located in a peaceful estate. Centrally located as it's equidistant to city centre and Dublin airport. It is like being in the city but you get to enjoy a relaxed and quiet environment. Easy access to bus stops to city centre, which provides 24/7 services. The property has basic yet essential features one could enjoy during their stay such as washing machine, dryer, bath tub and back garden for rest and relaxation. The property is a mid-terrace house. A single room for the guest with a dedicated bathroom with bath tub. The kitchen, dining and washing area are on the ground floor.

Really comfortable and clean house, and Lionel was so accommodating.
I only stayed 1 night but felt very good at Lionel's place. Lionel and his partner are very kind. The area is quiet, there is a lovely park nearby the house. I can't fault the place.
Good communication, helpful and pleasant, easy to find and well serviced location with buses.
