Really great for a short stay in Philly! Nelly was very communicative and the spot was cozy
The room was very clean, but a bit smaller than I expected, with not many areas to place belongings. A big issue was the people upstairs (not sure if they were the owners, tenants, or other renters) being very loud. Even in the middle of the night, we heard non-stop stomping and banging noises. Also, whoever lived there parked their cars WAY too close together in the driveway, which was our only way to get up to the room. My boyfriend and I rented the room for 3 days, so we of course had luggage. It was impossible to roll our luggage between the cars, which I thought was pretty inconsiderate.

I'm originally from puerto rico, i came to philadelphia as a child. I'm married and have 4 boys and 5 grandkids. My motto is that we should live life to the fullest and always with a smile. This apartment is convenient because it is located a few blocks away from the Frankford Transportation Center, where you can hop on a train and be in downtown Philadelphia (Penns Landing, Love Park, Independence Hall etc.) in a matter of 20 minutes. Also, the Philadelphia Mills (Mall) is a 20 minute drive from this apartment just hop on 95 you will be there in minutes. For a closer, smaller mall, Roosevelt Outside Mall is a 5 minute drive from this lovely apartment. For more entertainment, Club Lyrics is located about 5 minutes away in car. There are multiple bars around this area as well. If you are looking for somewhere to dine, there is Brazilian, Peruvian, Chinese and more restaurants nearby.
