We spent three very comfortable nights in this very clean, fresh and roomy condo. The neighborhood grounds are beautiful and parking is close to the unit.

We worked from Claudia's place for a few days while we were in Yuma. The multiple desks were awesome to have for my husband and me. Claudia and her family were also extremely helpful/responsive when my husband needed to come back and forgot to grab the house key from me. Couldn't ask for better hosts! I also enjoyed watching the ducks and hummingbirds in the canal from their rooftop.

Perfect spot close to family for out stay in Yuma. The house was comfortable and very clean. I loved reading on the second floor deck in the afternoon. Noise transfers easily between floors and the neighbours wall but generally the area was quite quiet during our January stay.

This was our first trip to Yuma, so didn't know what to expect. Our host left some interesting brochures for us on the table.
