This is a safe, stylish and comfortable home perfect for any family. The completly remodeled modern farm house has an open floor plan so that you have a feeling of connection throughout the home. With double sliding doors that open up fr the kitchen to the backyard, it makes the house feel like you are living in an indoor/outdoor living space that allows for great conversation. you then have 4 wonderfullydesignedbedrooms with high end linens and a bed you just won't want to leave.

I stayed here for a friend weekend to run the Eugene Marathon and we all absolutely loved this home. It is beautiful and very modern, clean, and very spacious. It was the perfect spot for us pre and post run. Rick was incredibly clear, helpful, and communicative which making checking in and out a breeze. The check out instructions were also super reasonable and clear. We love this home like it is our own and we can’t wait to come back next year.
Incredible host, beautiful house! Rick is so accommodating and kind he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We have been without power and he got us in immediately, let us extend the trip no problem, responded within minutes at any time and just over all took great care. The house is in a perfect location and the layout is so nice! Huge living room and couch with giant open concept kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Fit 8+ of us more than comfortably. I can not say enough nice things about Rick, he is a dream host and I HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We extended our trip multiple times if that says anything. And most importantly, he was so welcoming of my fur babies which is not only hard to find but the best feeling in the world. If you are coming to Eugene THIS IS YOUR SPOT!!!
Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood! Perfect home close to U of O and convenient access to shopping and. restaurants. Owner is great, very responsive and friendly.
We stayed at Rick’s house during Parents’ Weekend at University of Oregon. Rick is a very responsive host and offered local recommendations for restaurants which were great. The house is modern, updated with plenty of linens, kitchenware, and amenities for a group of 6. We had a very comfortable, relaxing time and would definitely return.
This space is gorgeous and was perfect for our little family for a game weekend. The neighborhood is beautiful, private, quiet, and conveniently located. The home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. There’s a little squirrel friend in the backyard who just made me smile! All around great place to be!
