The stay was good. But we had a lot of issues with noise and we kept getting the blame for it. The cleaning was done for only half of our stay and for the rest of the time the cleaner claimed they came to clean but however it was far from the truth. In regard to the place itself though, it was extremely cozy, had very comfortable beds, clean showers and good living space. Location made it very easy to get around to places quick as we were quite central to everything. I would stay again if the small issues are resolved.

Not the first time I stayed in an Escada apartment. Love the location because it's close to all the interesting places in Westlands, like Sarit centre, Westgate and Quickmart for food. I like the security and the view if you are lucky to get an apartment high up in the house. This apartment had number 704 on the seventh floor and since the sitting room has windows in two directions the light and the view was great. I like the modern design and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Too sad that there was a water leakage on the floor above and that you could see that in a corner of the apartment. The wifi worked well all the time and the TV gave you Netflix among other programs. I didn't use the kitchen much but everything I needed was there. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and didn't mind that it was fresh. Finally the room service was good and there were no problems getting clean towels and bed sheets when needed.
