This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the top center, Large terrace with panoramic view to Vitosha mountain is on your disposal so you can relax at home. Elevator in the building. Parking in the building is also available if you requested earlier. Subway is one minute away. New and maintained building surrounded by parks, nice restaurants, bars and cafes in one of the luxuries neighbourhoods in the main center. Spacious and sunny 1BDR apartment. The space consist of: Оne bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, safe and baby crib with private bathroom with jacuzzi. Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and table for up to 4 people. 50 inch TV, comfy sofa bed on which you can sleep. Large terrace, great for morning tea or coffee and ideal for relax. Separate toilet. Dishwasher and Washing machine are also on your disposal. The apartment is on the 4th floor with Elevator. You don't need to climb stairs. Great Vitosha view in the main center of Sofia!

Kristina is a very responsive and friendly host. Her place is located in a nice area of Lozenets and right next to a metro station. The area is quiet and family friendly neighborhood with small corner stores to get groceries. The apartment itself has everything you would need to drop in for a week and stay. The bed is comfortable and is one of those queen sizes that are split into twins. The bathroom had everything you need to shower and rest. The laundry machine came with detergent which is a nice touch. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and came with some coffee pods. The best part was the massive balcony - took advantage of the of the few sunny days on the balcony. ☀️ Overall, I liked my stay and if you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly place that has quick access to the city, this is your place!
Излключително чист апартамент. Имаше всичко необходимо по време на престоя ни! С удоволствие бих се върнала отново. Кристина отговаря изключително бързо и е помислила за всичко в дома. Благодаря за кафето :). Много съм впечатлена. Има прекрасна тераса, която за съжаление не можах да усетя, защото си беше студено, но през топлото време ще е просто уникално. Благодаря за всичко!
Апартаментът е просторен, местоположението му е чудесно. Уютен е. Домакинята отговаря бързо. Страхотно е, че има вариант за гараж. Като препоръка бих дала да се подобри опцията за детско креватче - това, което има в момента е по-скоро за игра, не бих сложила бебето си да спи в него. Като цяло, останах с доста добри впечатления.

Under the building has lovely market for coffee and snacks ,as well! Few steps furter you all find a good fish market and cute bakery!

Located in the heart of Sofia, my apartment provides easy access to various modes of transportation, ensuring that you can navigate the city with convenience and efficiency.
Public transportation options are abundant in the neighborhood. The nearest metro station, Sofia University, is just a short walk away from my flat.
From there, you can access the extensive metro network, which connects you to different parts of the city.
The metro system is known for its reliability and speed, "Dzheyms Bautcher" is the closest one by foot, making it an excellent choice for getting around Sofia.
Buses and trams are also readily available, providing additional flexibility in your transportation options. The nearby bus stops and tram stations offer connections to various neighbourhoods and attractions throughout Sofia.
