Georgia and her team were very welcoming and helpful. Flat is right in town and balcony was a bonus. Bed v comfy (watch low beams) and flat well kept and clean. Recommended.

L’appartamento di Villa Kirki è perfetto! Piccolo ma con tutto ciò che serve, arredato con grande gusto. Letto comodissimo! Ha anche una piccola terrazza da cui ammirare il mare e si trova a due passi dal porto dove si svolge tutta la vita del paese. Davvero un posto in cui tornare! La proprietaria è stata gentilissima è sempre disponibile.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Kirki. Georgia was incredibly responsive and flexible, even arranging our transport from the airport which made arriving very easy. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the perfect size for 2/3 people. Situated seconds away from the seafront and right in the centre of Agia Efimia, we had everything we needed for a relaxed summer holiday right on our doorstep (fab restaurants, beautiful little beaches, supermarkets and multiple options for boat trips - would highly recommend booking with yellow boats for an excursion up the north east cost of the island where you’ll find multiple secluded coves and beaches). If you fancy a pool day you can also find pools nearby which are open to everyone. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was lightly cleaned daily and included all amenities needed. Thank you very much Georgia and Lambrini for a wonderful stay!

Really great place to stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was cleaned everyday by house keeping, the aircon was perfect (as it was very hot outside). Georgia was great to communicate with. It was a very easy check in and check out. As we stayed for 4+ days, Georgia arranged a free boat transfer for us on one of the days. We were dropped at a secluded beach for the day and picked up later on our request, such an amazing little perk! I really recommend this apartment if youre looking to stay in Agia Effimia .
