The home was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch watching all of the wildlife. Also enjoyed playing ping pong for the 1st time in close to 30 years. 😂 We will be back.

We really enjoyed our time at Andrew’s place. It has an Old Florida feel that is very charming but with enough modern touches to be comfortable. The house is roomy and equipped with everything we needed, and the huge porch is fantastic. The yard was perfect for kids to run around, and even on a rainy day with a full house, we didn’t feel cramped. Andrew communicated with us a lot by phone and through the app, so we didn’t have any unanswered questions. The exterior cameras noted in the listing point toward the property. One is located on the screened porch, which is where we spent a lot of time. So while disclosed in the listing as exterior cameras, we weren’t expecting one in what is essentially a living area.

The house and location was perfect for our family (5 adults and 3 dogs) to stay for a few days. It was a short drive to town and to the Bella Cosa Lakeside Wedding Venue where one of our family members were getting married. The house had quite a few amenities for entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen had every kind of appliance you could think of and made making meals a breeze. Andrew's home is very cozy and clean, and met all our needs for our short weekend stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful with very nice neighbors. We loved hanging out by the firepit on the chilly nights, working on the puzzles, playing ping pong while grilling burgers, and enjoying the views of the water. Andrew as a host was very accommodating and very proactive. If we ever need a place to stay in Lake Wales, this place would be our first choice.

We are very happy with Andrew’s Air B&B. It is roomy and clean. We were there to skydive so we didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake or the provided amenities. It is a great place to just go and relax. Andrew was very proactive and anticipated our questions and needs. I can’t say enough.
