Welcome to our bright and quiet flat in the heart of Kentish Town. Kindly note max two adults. Excellent transport links within walking distance. Tube stations Tufnell Park and Kentish Town are about 7-8 minutes away, plus overground with direct links to Luton and Kings Cross. The trendy coffee shops and restaurants on Fortess Road are nearby, as is the wonderful local "The Pineapple". Hampstead Heath, one of the most beautiful parks of London, is just 20 minutes away by foot. Typical period conversion with one bedroom, a reception and a separate kitchen. Second floor walk-up. The living room has a dining/work area and a sofa bed ( not suitable for adults). You have a nice and rare view over North London from the living room since the house is slightly elevated on a small hill. Kingsize bed and storage available in the bedroom. Kitchen is recently renovated and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a good espresso machine. Bathroom is small but has a walk-in shower and some storage.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joanne and Max’s flat. Amazing hosts who were so helpful with early check in (thanks Max!) and all communication. The flat was lovely. Sun filled, spacious, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Joanne and Max's place was super lovely and cozy, in a great location in Kentish Town close to lots of cute restaurants and cafes. They were extremely easy and flexible to communicate with before and throughout my stay, and even called in someone next day to sort out a small water temperature issue we had. The place itself is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need for a great and comfortable stay. Thanks for being great hosts Max & Joanne!
O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, arejado, ensolarado e bem equipado com tudo o que é necessário em uma casa. O bairro é tranquilo e bem servido de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes. Metrô e trem próximos facilitam muito a locomoção. Única observação - que para nós não foi nenhum problema - é que por se tratar de um lindo prédio antigo, não há elevador, é necessário subir pela escada para chegar ao apartamento. Nosso anfitrião foi extremamente gentil e atencioso, dando valiosas dicas para facilitar nossa estadia. Super recomendo!!!
Great place to stay during a long period working in central London. Joanne was very flexible with check in - really appreciated her communication.
