Birdsong is located in a quiet and peaceful beautiful acreage featuring a creek, large undercover deck and fire pit. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and come and enjoy the rainforest with all the comforts of home including a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Fall asleep to the sound of frogs and wake to the calls of birdlife. If you love the bush, watching the local wildlife and birds, or enjoy the beach then this place on the Central Coast (Holgate) is for your next stay. Birdsong offers every comfort on the inside while being positioned in a beautiful acreage surrounded by birdlife, wildlife and rainforest. Only about 1 hour from Wahroonga and 10 minutes drive to Wamberal Beach and to Terrigal. Our stylishly appointed guest suite has everything you need for your stay. A private courtyard area with a water lily pond and a another large under cover patio area where you can sit and enjoy your dinner prepared on the BBQ, watch your favourite streaming show on the internet TV or simply soak up the peace and quiet of the view down to the creek and rainforest. Birdsong takes a maximum of 2 guests and is not suitable for children as there is no space for an extra bed/cot. Inside you will have a full bathroom with shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. All water is collected from rainwater into our water tanks and connected to an onsite sewage treatment system. Enjoy a lovely hot shower or bath, with basic bathroom supplies (no toothpaste, sanitary or personal hygiene products) provided. We just ask that you are considerate of your water consumption. The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave oven, sink, fridge, Delonghi coffee machine (coffee supplied), toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, crockery, serving platters, glassware but there is no stove or oven. Cooking can be done on the BBQ or microwave. A continental breakfast is supplied as part of your stay to help set you up for an eventful and busy day. Breakfast items supplied include cereal (a large choice available), toast, milk, butter, spreads and yoghurt. The dining table can be used as a desk. We can provide a desk chair upon request. Please let us know if you would like this at the time of making your booking. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with bedside tables adjacent to a large window looking over the property. There is a built-in wardrobe with full length mirror, luggage rack, corner chair and ceiling fan. An electric blanket, extra bedding and pillows plus block out curtains are also provided. The living area has a comfortable lounge, ceiling fan, air conditioner, coffee table, entertainment unit, 55” Samsung Smart TV with apple TV, Netflix, Disney Plus, books, games, magazines and a view out to the private courtyard, water lily pond and waterfall. The private courtyard has café chairs and table overlooking the waterlily pond and waterfall. Enjoy a quiet afternoon drink and nibbles. The back under cover patio/deck is large featuring alfresco dining area plus comfortable outdoor seating with coffee table looking down the yard to the creek, billabong and rainforest

What a lovely place to relax and unwind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birdsong. The accomodation was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a refreshing stay. The thoughtful little extras were a very welcome surprise! Thanks Chris and Pete for a wonderful stay!
My boyfriend and I absolutely enjoyed Christine and Pete’s little guest suite! We felt right at home, the puppies and kitty were adorable too ☺️ the home was so tidy and comfy, small touches like yogurt and the teas in the kitchen. Place was huge, beautiful bird songs and great view! Chris and Pete were so lovely and accomodating, we had such a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend!!! 😊

A Cosy and Serene Oasis Every aspect of the stay at this charming AirBnB was exceptional. The property was stunning, with beautiful grounds creating a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation was very cosy, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming. The presence of their adorable pets added such joy to the experience. Can't wait for another opportunity to experience this hidden gem.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to the central coast! The place is well furnished, comfortable, clean, with all the amenities you would need. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside in the morning, with views of the rainforest, the birds, and with the company of the hosts lovely dogs. Pete and Chris were so gracious and friendly. We look forward to returning for another stay in the future!

1 hr from Wahroonga, 5 min to Erina Fair Shops, and about 10 mins to the beautiful Terrigal Beach with an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
A private paradise that will have you feeling a million miles from anywhere yet is surprisingly just minutes to magnificent beaches and café / lifestyle hubs.
Holgate is a semi rural suburb nestled in-between Wamberal and Erina and off the beaten track by only a few minutes. The road is very quiet and feels like your miles away in a country side area when really you are just a few minutes from the action of Terrigal, Avoca Beach or Erina Fair. It is lovely to walk around the road and hear all the birdlife (bellbirds and whipbirds are a feature). Its really quite a country paradise.
