This was such an incredible stay! Honestly, the pictures do not do the home justice. It had everything we needed for the long weekend, was close enough to all the trails we wanted to explore, has an AMAZING view, felt private, very comfortable beds and bedding, and the furniture was so cozy. The hosts were some of the most kind and interesting people who you can tell truly care about their guests and home. If you have any question about whether you should pick this spot…do not hesitate! It will not disappoint! It was truly an honor to be guests here. We hope to stay again!

Vacationing in Betsy's home was luxurious and incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The home itself is highly attractive inside with lovely furnishings and decor, and the yard is beautifully landscaped and quite private. One of the best parts of staying there is that it was SO quiet. Just amazingly quiet throughout the neighborhood. The view out the family room's huge window is stunning and the surrounding views in the neighborhood are splendid, too. Shops and restaurants in this Oak Creek area are close by but far enough way that you don't hear any traffic or other noise. None. The drive to "Uptown" Sedona and sights to take in is short and pleasant. After busy day trip tours, sight seeing, dining, doing some light hiking, etc. this was a terrific place to "come home to" and unwind on the deck or in the hot tub, or sprawled out on the super comfy sofa.

The most beautiful home and location I could have ever imagined. One home where the house is actually better than the pictures! They don’t do it justice. The wildlife is amazing - we saw javelinas and coyotes the very first morning. The scenery changes so much depending on how the sun hits the peaks, so each time you look out the windows you feel like you’re looking at a completely different scene. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped - it offered more appliances than I have in my own home. One thing to note is that cell reception may be limited (depending on your cell carrier) as you approach the home. When we arrived I tried to look up the instructions for entering but didn’t have service. We had to drive a few minutes toward town until I got service and was able to contact Betsy. She answered right away and was so helpful. In retrospect I should have had the instructions saved but thankfully Betsy was so responsive!

My wife and I went to Sedona to celebrate our 39th anniversary and could not have selected a better location. The home was beautiful, warm and located close to everything we wanted to see and experience. This was a great time to hike in this area and we had a blast. We highly recommend this location to everyone that is looking for an awesome experience surrounded by beauty.
