I have frequently used Airbnb across Europe and India, so I am well-acquainted with the standard check-in and check-out times. During a recent stay, I had an urgent client meeting scheduled at 11 am—the same time as check-out. I notified the host the previous night that I would need to extend my stay by an hour. However, at check-out, the host’s representative rudely insisted I leave at 11 am and nearly evicted me. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, I received no response. It was very disappointing and unsettling to be treated this way after a three-night stay. I hope the host improves their responsiveness and ensures that guests are not left in such difficult situations in the future.

We had a great stay at Shriyanka's place. The check-in was very easy and the location is superb. The bed was a wee bit small for us and the host was a little slow to respond. Also, another point to note for future guests would be that the maps might direct you to the wrong location, about 600 m away from the building. But overall we had a pleasant stay, I would recommend this place :)

Shriyanka's home was a delight in every way. It looks exactly like in the pictures, is very clean and well-maintained. All the amenities were in place, and the house was cleaned promptly every day. The house itself is in an amazing location- serenely located on a small incline while being a few minutes away from amazing eateries, malls, and the lake. Powai is also the heart of Mumbai...so it was very easy travelling from here to other parts as well. Shriyanka was extremely kind and accomodating, and was always available for any kind of help. It was a pleasure communicating with her. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. :)
