Expansive renovation, 1500 sq ft, generous room sizes, oversized balcony overlooking pools & gardens, tropical views, unforgettable sunsets & the sound of waves lapping up on the white sand beach below. Spend your days cooling off in the pool, soaking in one of the 2 hot tubs, working out in the well-appointed gym or take a stroll down onto the beach & into the quaint town of Mismaloya. Full luxury and incredible views in the private master retreat with heavenly king sized bed, built-ins with closets and drawers, patio doors to the balcony, attached double-sink ensuite with circular shower. Second bedroom offers the option of a king bed set-up OR divide into 2 twin beds (SPLIT KING)-please specify. There is also a built-in desk for a quiet workspace. Extra guests have the double sofa bed in the living room. All three sleeping areas have separately controlled central air conditioning zones for personalized comfort. Shared guest bathroom features a jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The full-sized kitchen includes gas stove, oven, large refrigerator / freezer, microwave, and all the amenities you would expect in such a property. The dining and living areas are comfortably designed for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking views or just watching TV after dinner on the balcony. This oversized balcony has 2 seating areas that can be arranged for lounging, dining, reading or relaxing with a beverage while watching the sunset from the comfort of an incredible location. Elevators and stairs take you to the pool, hot tubs, billiards, gym, reception area, laundry rooms, gardens, pergolas, shaded gazebos, dining areas and pool decks with loungers and tables in full sun or cool shade. Private gardens and multiple lounging areas are found around the expansive property. Beach is steps away from the tennis and pool.

Lesley’s condo is located in an area with the best of both worlds. So quaint and peaceful yet within walking distance to beachside bars and restaurants. When you look out the patio door it feels like you’re floating on water. It’s like a beautiful painting. Lesley was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I look forward to my next stay in paradise.

Lesley's place is a beautiful condo with an absolutely stunning view (we don't think the pictures of the view or the condo actually do it justice). It was very clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of room for two couples. The beds were also very comfortable and there is ample closet and drawer space available. We think you will find everything as listed. The security (24 hour) and cleaning staff are top notch and the grounds are impeccably looked after. Lesley is a fantastic host, and was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoy Mismaloya ALOT! It is a quaint little authentic Mexican town with restaurants, markets/grocery, a pharmacy, variety store, Tequila distilleries, butterfly conservatory and zoo that are a short walk from the condo. Lesley's condo is also a short bus ride to the Romantic Zone and the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. We completely enjoyed the Condo and Mismaloya and don't think you will be disappointed. Mismaloya Beach is a beautiful, tropical-feeling, quiet and friendly town just 25 minutes south of the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta's famed Romantic Zone and Malecon.
Set on the beautiful Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, near the small village of Mismaloya, this condo complex enjoys spectacular views of the ocean, jungle and mountains. Directly across the bay, nestled in the hillside are remnants of the historic movie set for “Night of the Iguana” filmed here in 1964.
Our location combines the convenience of being near the fun and excitement of Puerto Vallarta with its traditional and upscale restaurants, galleries and shopping, and historic Malecón “boardwalk”, while having a quiet, private ocean-front setting next to the small village of Mismaloya.
Easy, inexpensive access via frequent direct bus, Uber and taxi. The condo is located on the same beach as the exclusive Barcélo all-inclusive hotel and provides a full-time reception desk inside the secured gated complex. It is also host to a well-regarded restaurant, Mismaloya Grill, between the months of mid-October to May, for decadent dining and convenience. Many other restaurants and amenities are found on the beach or in the town as well as companies offering snorkelling at Los Arcos, water tours, massage, boat excursions, fishing trips, day trips to the quaint villages in nearby Boca de Tomatlan, etc. There is an OXXO (Mexico's version of 7-11) and a pharmacy in town, as well as local groceries. The remains of the movie set from Night of the Iguana line the shores across the bay and provide a nice walk. For a longer walk, try the Puerto Vallarta Zoo, a longer walk through to the end of town.
Ample parking is free and available directly in front of the building. The building provides a covered, shaded bus stop bench and shelter directly in front and the direct-to-downtown bus picks up/ drops off every 15 minutes approx. for 60 cents or 10 pesos. You can also use your Uber account or have the reception call you a taxi. Walk 5 minutes towards the Barcelo Hotel, into the town of Mismaloya via the beach or along the road (careful to walk on the inside of the barrier). Boats right on the beach also provide transportation to other locations and activities throughout the year and are more than happy to show you the sights of the South Shore.
