Chillax Inn Vacation Homes Kaipo is a stunner of a completely themed 7 bedroom home with an arcade. There are 4 king bedrooms (Barbie, Minions, Encanto, and Avatar). Toy story is a queen. Star Wars and Princess room both have two twin beds. Enjoy all the amenities of Windsor Island during your stay. Chillax Inn Kaipo is 14 guests MAX. Optional pool heat: $30 per night Optional grill rental: $75 per week Main Floor: Mickey and friends themed living room with a comfy sectional to curl up and watch your favorite movie on the large smart tv. Kitchen that has everything you could ever need to cook a meal for the family. Dining room with a large table that seats 8. The kitchen bar has added seating for 4 more. Arcade: FREE Mario Cart themed arcade for you to use with several games the whole family will enjoy. Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer available for guest use. Bedroom #1 with ensuite bathroom #1: Minion themed with King size bed and attached bath (shower, spa tub and double sinks) Upstairs: Large Mickey and friends underwater themed hang out area with a large smart tv to watch your favorite cartoons or play a board game with the kids. Bedroom #2 with ensuite bathroom #2: Encanto themed with a king size bed and attached bath. Bedroom #3 with ensuite bathroom #3: Toy Story themed with a queen bed and attached bath. Bathroom #5: Located between bedroom #6 and #7 Outside: Large lanai with a couch for your morning coffee, a dining table for meals outside and 2 lounge chairs to relax in the Florida sun by the amazing pool and spa.

The house is exactly as pictured and described, my kids absolutely loved the themed rooms (so did us adults) ! it is a perfect luxury home.

This home was extremely clean, and everything looked and smelled like new. We have rented many vacation homes, but this home was the first to be better than the photos (in every way). The hosts were very quick to respond and seemed sincere with wanting to help. We ordered the grill for the week; it was not at the house when we arrived. Brent and Michelle immediately responded to our email, and they kept us informed until the grill arrived. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there are so many towels for both the pool and showers, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the pool, hot tub and game room are amazing. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed this home so much that they would rather have stayed there then go to the parks. Thank you, Brent and Michelle, for paying attention to details.
Great stay for multiple families! 9 of us stayed (4 adults, 5 teens/kids) and we all had plenty of space. There were adequate supplies for all of us to use as well. Beds were all comfortable. Communication was quick and always helpful. We were able to easily enjoy theme parks as well as the beach within reasonable driving distances. The kids loved the pool and arcade during our downtime at the house. Definitely recommend staying here!
This place was spotless and smelled so clean. The game room was like an arcade. My kids loved it. Definitely Worth the price. Very nice people to deal with and very quick to respond!

Self employed father of five. 4 boys and a girl in the middle. Been married for 25 years to my sweetheart Michelle. We met at church camp. We live in a little town in rural Nebraska less than 1400 people. We love visiting Florida. I really enjoy sitting out by the pool under the lanai playing my kids board games. I never let them win, so IF they do, it is quite the celebration and worth the loss! We try to be as available as possible if needed.
