位置离火车站很近，房间里很暖和，就是没有拖鞋有点难受，早上窗户边上的乌鸦比较多，稍微有点吵。
Very nice flat. Great location. Will stay here again. Only negative comment - the instructions for access only on YouTube video, making it difficult if you don't have internet access. Host agreed to write the instructions in text form for the future.
Amazing place with an amazing host!
Die Wohnung war prima, schön und sauber nah am Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Parken nur bezahlt möglich. Die größte Irritation bestand darin dass nach Buchung ich mich über ein externer Link anmelden und ausweisen musste, dies ebenso nochmals über ein nicht datensicherer Messenger. Zahllose Mails u a mit Hinweise über Strafe bei Rauchen und schlüsselverlust. Für eine Nacht war mir das leider zuviel Aufwand und habe mich dabei nicht wohl gefühlt. Aber wenn man darüber wegschaut und alles mitmacht könnte man eine wunderbare Zeit dort haben.
This apartment was in the best location, being less than a 1 minute walk to Mannheim Central Station. It was very quiet in the building and the surrounding area, and we slept peacefully at night. We were with our children (4 years old and 4 month old) but we felt very safe staying here. The building itself was fairly new, and the apartment was sparkling clean. There were enough towels for everyone, and the kitchen was well equipped. We struggled just a little bit opening both the front door and the apartment door, but the tip is to pull the door towards you and turn the key to the left. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Mannheim!

My apartment is located directly at the main station. Paradeplatz, market place, supermarket, dry cleaner, bakery, cafes, restaurants and stores are just a few steps away.
Paradeplatz, Rosengarten, castle, university, museums, National Theater, restaurants in the Fressgasse, shopping mile "Planken" and the trendy party district in Jungbusch can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The bus stop is nearby and you can go directly to Ludwigshafen to BASF or SAP Arena.
My apartment is ideally located for business trips, trade fairs, congress attendance (Rosengarten), study, concerts or event attendance (National Theater, Time Warp, etc.).
Due to the proximity to the main train station, Frankfurt, Mainz, Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Worms, etc. can be reached quickly by car or train.
