Great stay. Parking available for me right outside the property in a nice neighbourhood. The location was perfect for visiting Crystal Palace FC, which is an easy walk from the property. Crystal Palace park is a must if staying here. Lots to see there and a couple of great cafes. Also close to good overground rail connections with the City of London. Mandy & her cat are lovely. Show them respect and they will bend over backwards to welcome you and make your stay a happy one.

美しい植物に囲まれた、とても美しいお家です！ 1泊のみの滞在でしたが、もっと滞在したいと思った空間でした！ 個人部屋には大きいベッドとテレビがあります。部屋の大きさもゆとりがあり、とても過ごしやすいです。 共用のバスルームもとても広く、明るく、手入れが行き届いています。 バスタブとシャワールームが別々にあり、私はシャワールームを使いました。シャワーの温度と水圧もちょうどいいです。 Mandyさんは滞在中、積極的にコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。 私は日本人で英語が苦手なのですが、そんな私に対しても彼女はたくさん話しかけてくれました。 朝には温かい紅茶も用意してくれました！ 次ロンドンに行くときには、また滞在したいです！ ありがとうございました！

Yesterday was my first night in UK, due to unforseen, my flight got delayed which caused me to arrive late but I kept the host informed the entire time, I could tell by her response that she was a bit annoyed but she was okay with me coming late and she wasted my time by not giving me a firm response. when I finally showed up, she looked at me and she said that she wouldn't let me in. Now, I am in a rural area, alone with foxes in the street. I am diabetic, I have %9 on my phone, it was freezing 0 degrees, I had no place to go, every hotel i call is booked out. Uber drivers are unavailable in that area. Luckily, i found a cab before my phone died to take me the airport, which is an hour away. Otherwise, I could have died in the street because of the cold. Yes, I was late but it was Mandy's fault 100% of poor communication, she could have texted me to cancel and not come at all late, not wait for me till I arrive then choose to reject me at the doorstep and put my life in danger.
