The location of the condo is perfect. It’s right on the boardwalk, but just far enough from the end and all the noise to be mostly quiet. The inside is very spacious and there is plenty of room for several people. The ONLY reason I am removing a star is for the check-in/check-out process. It says to pick up your packet between 4:00 and 5:00, after 5:00 it would be left in a pickup box. We were there exactly at 4:00 and no one was around, there was a free for all with about 10 people getting their key from the box. The only thing in our packet was a piece of paper that was our parking pass. Why couldn’t that have been left in the unit since the parking and door codes were emailed to us? Then we had to return the packet when we left, again, why couldn’t we have just left it on the counter on our way out? Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay here again for the location and view of the ocean!
Great location and beautiful beach rental. Everything in the rental was clean, modern appliances, etc... We did have some issues with Wifi not working, but the staff helped remedy that. We were only able to get one of the TV's functioning with Comcast, but who does to the beach to watch TV?? Would definitely stay here again.
The house itself was very nice. It is recently remodeled and looks great. Our biggest issue was that we booked it to work from home because it is advertised as having a work from home space and internet. They had neither. I am guessing they don't pay for internet in the off season. We requested Vacasa help probably 20 times over the 4 days to get the internet working. They eventually sent a tech who came in, said oh yeah its not working, said he was going out in the hall to make some calls, and left, never came back. I finally had to go in person to Vacasa to get some answers as it was impacting our ability to do our jobs. They basically said they are not fixing it and offered us $20 a day. Since the TVs didn't work either, they added another $20 a day. It didn't seem like a good enough amount of money to me considering we all missed multiple days of work. You also have to pick up the keys and drop them off from a location 3 miles away which is extremely annoying.
Great Location, not clean and found trash and illegal substances under a bed that had to be given to law enforcement. The furniture was stained and the outdoor balcony furniture was broken. I am in an active investigation with Air B&B to get a refund for the stressful stay my family experienced.
Place was very nice and clean.location was perfect. Check in was a little strange, had to go to an off site location to get the key(hard to find in the instructions). When we arrived we noticed the cable didn’t work for the TVs. Didn’t say anything just thought thats how it was. Couple days later get a knock on the door at 8am. The cable guy to fix the TV. Apparently the owner knew about it, didn’t say anything to us that someone was coming.
