Richard’s Place was more than amazing… It was surrounded by so many places, the mall .. and a public pool is right around the corner a lot of food places around the area as well. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future, the place was clean and tidy, looked exactly like the pictures!!!!!
Host was very friendly, beautiful place to stay.

Located across the street from the Historical Fort Myers Golf and Country Club with views from almost every window, 1.4 miles from the Downtown Historical water District with tons of Cool Shops, Restaurants and bars. This apartment is located in a Safe and quiet neighborhood. Just Three Blocks away from the palm tree lined, McGregor Blvd. There is a ton of History in this area, take a tour of the Thomas Edison and Henry Fords winter estates just around the corner, Enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner at the Edison’s restaurant overlooking the historical golf course just a short walk away.
