Joyanne was such a friendly host who made us feel so comfortable. She checked on us when we landed to make sure we got in and to see how long until we arrive. She gave us a tour around and provided us great recommendations such as the hot springs. We enjoyed chatting with her and spending time with her dogs. They are so adorable and friendly. The place is so comfortable and clean. It is located in the middle of restaurants and was close to all the wedding festivities we had to go to. We would definitely recommend her as host as she is one of the best hosts we had.

We appreciated many things about Joyanne’s hosting, and her Casita and little villa; the whole villa’s filtered, potable water, the comfortable king bed, the lovely garden and the saline pool, were all wonderful. Joyanne, is a good communicator, a very responsive host, and goes beyond expectations to make you stay comfortable. We appreciated her graciousness in helping us feel welcomed. It was fun to experience the outdoor, communal kitchen, and her sweet dogs. We also appreciated her offering ear plugs, though the rooster next door was surprising civil. Lake Chapala Oasis makes a good base for accessing Chapala and a more Mexican experience. It is only with a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and 15 to the Centro, and with only a couple of blocks up hill getting back. Thank you Joyanne for an appreciated stay!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Joyanne’s casita. Everything was as described. The bed was super comfortable as were the places to lounge. The shower was fantastic and had plenty of piping hot water. We found it very convenient to cooks some of our meals in the outdoor kitchen while there. Joyanne is a terrific host. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and has created a lovely place for her guests to come and relax. We are very grateful to her and her fur babies for making us feel so welcome.

This Airbnb was the BEST. It was exactly like the pictures shown. It was very clean and Joyanne was a very responsive host. We had an issue with the hot water the first night but she immediately fixed it the next morning. Steaming hot water the rest of our stay. The outdoor kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil and appliance you can think of. The bed was fabulous very comfortable. Its close to downtown Chapala and the Lake, a little bit a of hike get to the Airbnb bout worth it. Beautiful gardens and salt water pool. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Joyanne.
