Philip's place looked just like in the pictures. The decor was charming, the bed was the perfect firmness, the linens were washed without the use of overpowering detergents or air "fresheners"- which can be very challenging to those of us who are chemically sensitive. I loved the choice of warm yellow glow for the lighting, instead of the cold florescent lighting in some other places. The hot water was abundant and the water pressure was excellent. The lake setting was beautiful and very peaceful. The morning bird song was delightful. Philip was very accommodating to requests such as providing a soup pot and access to an air filter.

Clean and tidy. Small but worth the price if you enjoy being by the lake in a quiet secure area. Bed was comfy and clean.

Philip’s place felt like home! He was a fabulous host — very communicative, responsive, and kind. The location was perfect and we felt very safe with the gated access. The area was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching sunsets by the swim dock. Loved seeing the lake from the kitchen window too! The place was equipped with everything and anything we could possibly need. Space was clean, bed was super comfy! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back!
