We had a great family vacation at this location! The resort was great with lots of opportunities to keep the kids busy. The room was so clean and cozy. We were so happy with our entire stay!

Quite expensive for night stay. $120 for cleaning is most part of reservation. We cleaned pretty much everything. Not sure why $120 charges for cleaning when clients has to do lots of cleaning. Understandable that few minor scrapes on wall in bathroom and behind door. Very minor to see. Overall place is very good. Room was very neat and clean. We just checked-in around 7pm and out by 10am

Dunes Village was a perfect spot for my kids (age 9 and 6). The condo was larger than expected and was a corner unit which made it nice and quiet! The condo was missing steak knife (or anything to cut veggies for my kids, so I had to purchase one. Also the skillet that was left there was un-usable (I left a new one there too). The bathroom had noticeable mold and water damage next to the tub which someone hastily painted over. I have allergies and this was concerning. Overall the place needs a little TLC and some serious dusting (the cleaners clearly just did a quick clean). Overall great location and worth the price for location. Everything you need and more is within 5 minute walk or drive! Was a memorable family vacation for spring break - wax museum, mini golf, seafood buffets, medieval dinner show, Best aquarium I've ever been to and beautiful beach!
