Our little slice of the Oving cake- a charming and cosy detached cottage in the picturesque village of Oving, near Chichester. This property offers three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and a large garden with a patio area. It is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy the countryside and the nearby attractions. The living room is bright and comfortable, with a fireplace, a sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is also a downstairs toilet for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a chest of drawers and views to the church. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has one single bed and a bedside table with views to the farm fields to the rear of the property. The main bathroom has a bath, a sink, and a toilet. The garden is lined with a beautiful blend of various trees, the garden attracts a lot of different bird species- it is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a lawn area to the rear with some flowers and fig trees. The house is located in High Street, which is the main road in Oving. There are some local shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. You can also explore the surrounding countryside, which has some beautiful walks and cycle paths. The house is only 4 miles away from Chichester, which is a historic city with many attractions. You can visit the cathedral, the museum, the theatre, or the art gallery. You can also go shopping at the various markets and boutiques. The house is also close to the coast, where you can enjoy the beaches and the sea. You can visit Bognor Regis, which is 7 miles away, or Littlehampton, which is 10 miles away. You can also take a day trip to Portsmouth or Brighton, which are both within an hour’s drive.
