We welcome your whole family (pets included) to the Happy Zone! You will find a beautiful place to keep your friends, family and pooch entertained with plenty of fun to be had at the property which is secluded with beautiful views and has everything you require for everyone to enjoy their stay! It is a private 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-contained unit attached to our primary residence/home. Within the unit you will find everything you need for your stay. Kitchen: fully functioning oven and 3 burner cooktop with a large french door fridge. Other appliances include toaster, kettle, jaffle maker and blender. Laundry: Contained within the kitchen is a fully functioning (and very quiet) washer dryer for your laundry needs, there is also an ironing board and iron as well as an outdoor clothes line. Living area: Large 75 inch hisense Smart TV is wall mounted, log into your favourite apps! You will find a small dining set and L-shaped lounge. There is also a variety of board games and books available for you to peruse. Bathroom: Shower with detachable head and toilet. There are 2 entrances to the bathroom with one directly from the main bedroom, all doors are lockable. Master bedroom (1): King size bed with 2 bedside tables, wall mounted 55 inch hisense smart TV and built in robe. Bedroom (2) Queen size bed, hanging rack available for clothes storage and single bedside unit available. Deck: deck fences fully enclose the deck if desired, entrance is via the deck. Yard: fully enclosed backyard.
