Logement en adéquation avec l’annonce. Déçue du dernier jour où nous avons eu une panne d’électricité et nous avons eu des reproches quant au retard de prévenance, du coup nous sommes restés toute la soirée sans électricité et cela jusqu’au lendemain jour de notre départ : dommage de finir ainsi. Juste un rappel pour nos hôtes nous étions en vacances et quand une panne d’électricité survient, l’électricité revient quelques heures après. S’il doit y avoir l’intervention d’un électricien, il serait peut être judicieux de prévenir de ne pas mettre une machine à laver et un sèche cheveux en même temps pour éviter une surcharge. Pas d’accès à un tableau électrique pour y remédier seul : c’est dommage d’où 4 étoiles au lieu de 5. Nous espérons que cette remarque ne sera pas prise de manière négative, elle a pour but de faire progresser l’expérience client.

The host manage the apartment by the vikeyit service and I wasn't informed about that before. I thought that the Airbnb is responsible for verification of the guests. I was forced to provide- in order to get in to the apartment- all my and all the guests' sensitive personal data including pictures of IDs of every person and pictures of every person holding the ID. The host informed me that it was required by law but I thinks it violates the GDPR and I don't trust 3rd party sites. You can search similar issues on Google: just type "is vikey legit". The bedsheets wasn't fresh like it wasn't washed- it had a lot of hairs and stains. The host showed his good will and interviened to replace it. The appartement is very comfortable and spacious. Near to the metro station. Next to the metro station entrance there's a market open 24/7 what is very convenient.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and two pillows pero person are always appreciated! The apartment is a little far from the city center but well connected through the metro line A. The surrounding area felt ok at night just a little dark. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall it was a great stay but after a long day walking in Rome we wished we were a little closer to the city!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati in contatto durante tutto il soggiorno. Appartamento molto carino, la posizione era perfetta, abbastanza vicina alla metro ma in una zona molto tranquilla.

Io e i miei genitori abbiamo soggiornato presso questo carinissimo appartamento dal 5 al 7 Marzo. Se a Roma cercate un alloggio pulito e confortevole, situato in un quartiere tranquillo vicino a tutti i confort allora prenotate pure questo e andate sul sicuro! Ottima anche la comunicazione e il check in (semplice e veloce). Ci torneremo!
