This home was so cozy and cute, Very quiet area and not far from downtown. Very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We will absolutely rebook for another stay here.

We loved staying here in Prescott! This was a lovely home in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood only a half mile from whiskey row restaurants and shops, an easy walk. This home was very comfortable with a wonderful backyard space. We really appreciated not being asked to take off sheets or take out the trash.

Pros: Great location, easy to walk to restaurants. House, beds, towels, furniture, floors were all clean. Easy check in/out. In general house was in good condition. Extra blankets provided (thanks!).Books, games available. Hosts friendly and responsive to messages Neutral: Laundry room floor has a pronounced lean. Could bother someone that is even slightly unsteady on their feet. Left bed mattress in the front bedroom was not flat - want to roll off. Cons Owner’s truck with trailer was parked in back of the driveway. Could not load/unload in back (closest area to the house). Truck/trailer are not shown in the house pics. Can’t lock back door deadbolt - knob lock only. No key available Hall toilet in a funky spot with very little clearance around the front and right side. No laundry detergent - (not even a starter pack - listing didn’t mention). No available electrical plug in the front bedroom- usb cords not present. Might or might not stay again.
