It was exactly as described. Clean, easy access with codes and convenient for the tube.

the place was warm and very clean. however there was no refreshments provided. After a long trip would have been nice to have a cup of tea. The listing stated that shampoo was provided, but the dispensers on the wall were empty. I had to get out of the shower, wet, go downstairs to bring mine. Good I had some. Also the checkout time on the website was 10 to 11 am, but we have been kicked out by the cleaner at 10 past 10, which I find rude. The pillows were very flat, like non-existent, but the management was very kind to send someone with a spare one. there was no bed tables or floor lamps, only dusk ceiling light. My advice to the future guests would be to bring your own refreshments, toiletries and a hair dryer as one provided doesn't have enough power. I will not stay again, but for someone to put the head down for the night, it could be a budget option. at least it was very clean.
